I enjoyed joking around with everyone before and after class (and sometimes during class).I enjoyed bowing very much, and am not much better now than I was then. I am thankful for the combined efforts of Mrs Slay, Mrs Schmidt, and Mr. Kingery for teaching me how to write a sentence, my underachievement in most other areas notwithstanding. (Seriously).Having spent most of my time at NHS on the periphery, that's about it.

If you look in the dictionary under "late bloomer" you will see my picture. I earned my BA and MA from Northern Colorado and worked in public education (and skied) in the West until I moved to Kansas City MO where I earned my doctorate in psychology 1985. I was in private practice in KC for 27 years, and was recruited as a DoD contractor for a psychologist job at Ft Riley, where I am in my seventh year, serving the active duty soldiers of the "Big Red One." It is a great position and I do not see myself retiring anytime soon. I married Mary in 1992 (first marriage for both) and we had our two children in '95 and '96. Being a little older, I was a better father, and a MUCH better husband. Mary works at the office of international programs at K-State. I look forward to seeing everyone.
